ACPI is a Gold Coast based company initially conceived to provide a viable cruise ship terminal and industry within the Seaway and adjacent to the northern tip of the Southport Spit. At the time, this concept was also expanded to include a world-class superyacht marina within the adjacent stadium precinct.

ACPI participated at that time in two government expressions of interest for those development concepts but unfortunately neither proceeded to finalisation.

Present day, ACPI has divested itself from its cruise ship aspirations and has devoted itself purely to the development of a world-class superyacht marina in the Broadwater, at a more southerly location, as a vital adjunct to the refit and maintenance facilities currently on offer for these vessels in the Upper Coomera River
